Ms. Golecha was named one  of the Leading Academic Data Leaders and has been listed among  the Global Data Power Women by Chief Data Officer Magazine. She  has also been recognized as an Extraordinary Woman in Tech in Texas  by Women in Tech Texas. Bringing over 15 years of experience to the table, Ms. Golecha is a  seasoned technology leader. She has spearheaded enterprise-wide  initiatives in Analytics, Automation, and Optimization, demonstrating  her prowess in transforming data into actionable insights and  strategic business outcomes.

Currently, she leads the Enterprise Data & Business Intelligence at a Nonprofit that provides scholarships for education. She also enriches  the academic world as an Adjunct Professor of Data Science at  Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU). Her profound knowledge  and practical experience in the field have also led her to serve as the  Vice President of Data at a Financial Institution and as an Adjunct  Professor of Quality Improvement at the University of Houston.

Ms. Golecha’s thought leadership is widely recognized on global platforms. She has been a Keynote Speaker at several world conferences, sharing her expertise and insights with a broad audience. Her role extends to being the Global CDO Ambassador and Editorial Board Member, CDO Magazine. In addition to her professional achievements, Ms. Golecha is dedicated to empowering the next generation of data scientists. She serves as  an Ambassador at WiDS (Women in Data Science) at Stanford  University, advocating for greater inclusion and diversity in the tech  field.

Her academic credentials are equally impressive, holding a  Postgraduate degree in Data Science from Purdue University, an  MBA in Finance from NMIMS University, and a Lean Six Sigma Master  Black Belt certification.

Her enthusiasm for mathematics transcends the classroom, often finding her engaged in activities that challenge her numeracy and analytical skills.
Kiara’s discipline and determination are equally displayed in her pursuit of Taekwondo, where she has earned a blue belt. Driven by a strong aspiration to become a mechanical engineer, Kiara dreams of attending MIT, one of the world’s leading institutions in engineering and technology. Her passion for building things and solving puzzles aligns perfectly with this ambition, indicating a bright future in the engineering realm.Kiara’s involvement as a co-author in a book on data analytics is a testament to her diverse interests and capabilities.
